Attic

We’ve had a friend from Michigan in town helping hang the drywall. The attic is almost done. We started painting last night!

All those angles are pure craziness, but he tackled them like it was simple.

I am so excited to have found your blog. My husband and I decided to move back east last fall and I recently came across some info about Braddock, and now I can’t get the idea of moving there out of my head. I would love to connect with you more and hear about your experience.

Braddock, PA

Braddock is an urban 'burb of Pittsburgh that has been drawing in DIY types willing to put their time and energy into making this a better place for everyone here. We heard about it in January 2008 from a friend of a friend whose brother had moved to Braddock in December. We made it here for a visit in February and were back for good in March. It's an almost empty town somehow full of energy.
